1 horizontal and 1 vertical packer at top "Lock side"
1 horizontal and 1 vertical packer at bottom "Hinge side"
Sash (opener) can be lifted up by placing more packers as shown in the above
When packing it is important that the full width of the unit is supported by
Glazing packers or damage to the unit can happen & invalidate any guarantee.
Tools required- glazing shovel; glazing mallet; assorted packers of correct size
For the frame and glass unit.
Frame and sash (opener) mitres should near enough line through.
Dimension a should be equal to dimension b- its is acceptable for dim a to be
Less than dimension b- but not the other way round.
If dimension b is less than dimension a, the glass needs packing correctly
